For this round of the workshop, I have decided to include this Kickstart Course for free as I want as many people to educate themselves with basic (and correct!) knowledge to support themselves and their families. Subsequent courses, this will be an additional cost.

Kickstart Overview: For those new to the lymphatic system, our Kickstart segment offers a thorough introduction. You’ll learn basic techniques and gain an understanding of how the lymphatic system functions, ensuring you get the most out of your experience. Free for this workshop round. Will be an additional cost in Spring.
Ancient Beauty Techniques: Discover the power of traditional beauty practices, including Gua Sha routines. While respecting their ancient roots and intended practices, we will dive into how to utilize the tools to release our fascia, improve lymph flow, and depuff/tone areas of the body.
Improve Digestion: When working with the lymphatic system, we can break down the pyramid that unlocks optimal detoxification. Lymphatic routines for digestion will be learned, as well as new and improved habits through food will optimize digestion. This is beneficial for those who experience bloating, constipation, and abdominal upset.
Food List & Recipes: A food list and suggested recipes that you can seamlessly weave into your existing diet will be provided to enhance the effects.
Seasonal Focus: Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), our course aligns with the season of Yin, emphasizing the importance of the kidneys—a vital yet often overlooked filtration system. You’ll engage in practices that promote detoxification and overall vitality.
Glymphatic System Awareness: Learn about the crucial role of the glymphatic system, which aids in mental clarity by clearing brain fog and optimizing cognitive function. This knowledge will help you connect your physical and mental wellness.
Bonus Content & Holistic Practices: Enhance your learning with contributions from skilled practitioners incorporating disciplines such as breathwork, yoga, and meditation. These practices will help regulate your nervous system, a critical piece of the puzzle for optimal lymphatic flow.

No problem! It is an online workshop. Nothing is in-person. The 5-day course will launch online officially January 12, where you will receive your daily exercises and insight. The kickstart will be hosted the weekend prior to starting to provide a foundation to the in-depth work we will be doing (January 10).
You can choose to view all the content at a later date if this works better for you, but you will miss out on the window of having me at your fingertips if you have questions in real time for the duration of the week.

The content will mostly be pre-recorded, but some of it will be live. All sessions will be recorded and added to a base camp on the website where only paid members can access the content. Live content is generally uploaded within a few hours of the meeting time.

I believe most people can benefit from this course unless you have pre-existing issues that indicate you should not do lymphatic drainage, such as heart and kidney issues, DVT, and an active infection (such as a fever). For cancer, it is best to speak directly with your doctor to know what your limitations are. As for pregnancy, all deep abdominal work is not recommended.

If you have a general overview of what the lymphatic system is, and you have frequented the treatment room to know the basic movements and pressure utilized, you should have the confidence to start at the 5-day course. I always recommend a refresh to get the most out of the content of the week, and you don’t feel “behind” if you’re second guessing certain techniques.
